This certification is established and managed by the European Linen Confederation (CELC), an international authority in linen certification. The certification process is audited and issued by Bureau Veritas as an independent third-party organization.
EUROPEAN FLAX® certification ensures the traceability and high quality of premium European flax fiber. Every stage from fiber production to finished fabric follows strict certification standards.
The certification requires that 100% of flax fiber comes from Western Europe, including France, Belgium, the Netherlands and other regions. The cultivation process avoids artificial irrigation and genetically modified seeds, while crop rotation helps reduce chemical fertilizers and pesticides.
The certified flax content in the final product must reach or exceed 50%, ensuring premium quality and environmental responsibility.
Starting from January 1, 2025, EUROPEAN FLAX® certification will implement Version 3.1 standards with stricter traceability requirements. Our company has successfully passed the latest audit, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable production and transparent supply chains.
